The five-time Ballon d'Or winner renowned as one of the greatest footballers of this generation, was all smiles as his first-born son showed that he seems to have inherited some of the talent.

He netted a brilliant strike into the top corner and then followed it up with an acrobatic volley on the pitch after Portugal's victory over Algeria.

The Real Madrid star may even have learned a thing or two from Ronaldo Jr., having earlier failed to execute a similarly ambitious effort during the match.
