ALGIERS: OPEC and non-OPEC producers will focus at a Vienna meeting this month on measures to balance the oil market, Algerian Energy Minister Mustapha Guitouni said on Thursday.
"What matters to us is that there is a balance between supply and demand to ensure the stability of the oil markets," he said on state radio.
