Bilawal grieves over deaths in coalmine  

LAHORE: Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has expressed grief over the deaths of coal miners in Quetta in a gas explosion in a coalmine caved on Sunday.

In a statement issued here, the PPP chairman expressed serious concern over growing incidents at coalmines near Quetta as 23 coal miners were killed in a similar incident in May last.

Bilawal stressed the need for adopting preventive measures against such mining disasters. He expressed his sympathies with the members of bereaved families and demanded adequate compensation to them.
