Two gypsy girls burn to death, four women injured

Two girls were killed and four women injured in an incident of blaze in makeshift tents of gypsies in Narowal Chowk area here on Friday. Rescue 1122 officials said that a fire erupted in the tents, which engulfed the settlement in a few moments. The incident occurred so suddenly that two gypsy girls playing nearby were burnt to death, while four women suffered burn injuries.
The Rescue officials shifted the injured to Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) Hospital for medical treatment. The hospital sources said that almost 60 per cent bodies of the women have scorched, however their condition is out of danger.
