Consensus to be developed with Opposition leader on name of interim-PM

ISLAMABAD: Advisor to Prime Minister on Media Affairs, Senator Dr Musadik Malik on Monday said that present leadership would develop consensus with opposition leader on the name of interim-prime minister.
The government had given the name to Opposition regarding interim-premier, he said while talking to a private news channel.
“We hope to develop consensus on the name of interim-PM, with leader of Opposition tomorrow, “ he said.
To a question he said if decision could not be taken at the forum of parliamentary committee then we will send the name to election commission, he added.
Meanwhile, talking to a private news channel, he said Pakistan was working on action plan regarding Financial Action Task Force (FATF).
“We were doing fencing along Pak-Afghan border to control objectionable activities like money laundering, “he said while talking to a news channel.
The present government was confident regarding action on wiping out terrorism, he added.
To a question regarding meeting with FATF, he said action plan has been prepared with FATF and Pakistan would have meeting with concerned authorities of FATF in June.
