PESHAWAR: Central leader of ANP and senior parliamentarian, Senator Ilyas Ahmad Bilour Tuesday challenged PTI leadership for debate and said that the 11 point agenda of Imran Niazi is an attempt to deceit people and divert their attention from real problems.
In a statement issued here, Ilyas Bilour challenged Shah Mehmmod Shah Qureshi, Jehangeer Tareen and KP Chief Minister over 11 point agenda.
“ I am ready for debate over 11 point agenda after which Imran would be unable to face public on a single point of his agenda”, he said. He questioned that how Imran Niazi and its team who failed to address the petty nature problems of KP can resolve issues of the country. He said that people are aware of the misleading claim of ‘Change’ propagated by Imran Khan.
Ilyas said that Bus Rapid Transit has increased problems and agonies of people adding our next generation would bear the brunt of this ill- planned and ill-executed scheme.
He said KP CM is accusing officers for his failure to complete the project that has fall victim to mismanagement and policy of commission. He said that extending completion time period of the project from six to eight months spoke of the failure of provincial government.
Extension of roads and measures to ensure smooth traffic flow have been ignored in rapid transit project while the priority has been given only to construct route for ‘Jangla Bus’, he maintained.
He also demanded three-year tax exemption from provincial taxes and compensation of business affected by Bus Rapid Transit Scheme.
