Zafar-ul-Haq, Rabbani express concern over suspension of Dar

ISLAMABAD: Leader of the House in Senate Raja Muhammad Zafar-ul-Haq and former Chairman of Senate Mian Raza Rabbani Tuesday expressed their reservations over the suspension of Senator elect former finance minister Ishaq Dar by the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Speaking on a point of order in Senate, Raja Zafar-ul-Haq said Ishaq Dar was seriously sick and could not appear before the respective courts due to health reasons.

Rabbani said Senate should look into the matter after issuance of detailed judgment from the apex court.
