Activities at Port Qasim

KARACHI: A total of eleven ships were engaged at PQA berths during the last 24 hours, out of them two ships, Brooklyn Bridge and PST Genesis left the port on Tuesday morning, while two more ships, Chem Orchard and Venus-09 are expected to sail on Tuesday afternoon.

Cargo volume of 82,052 tones comprising 65,468 tones imports cargo and 16,584 export cargo carried in 577 Containers (233 TEUs Imports & 344 TEUs Export)was handled at the port during last 24 hours.

There are 16 ships at Outer Anchorage of the Port Qasim, out of them two ships, Orca-02 and BSG Bimini & another ship ‘DP World Chennai’ carrying Palm oil and Container are expected to take berths LCT and QICT respectively on Tuesday 8th September, 2026.
