KARACHI: Mohammad Athar Kazi Secretary General of All Pakistan Newspapers Society has announced that member publications of the All Pakistan Newspapers Society will observe one closed holiday on Friday June 26, 2026 on account of ASHURA.

Consequently, there will be no morning newspapers on Saturday, June 27, 2026 whereas the evening newspapers not appearing on Friday, June 26, 2026 may bring out their edition on Saturday, June 27, 2026, if they so desire.
