NEW DELHI: India is facing uncertainty ‌over foreign exchange and crude oil and fertiliser prices, as well ⁠as a shortfall of rains this year, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said on Monday.

Recent tax changes ‌for ⁠foreign investors in government bonds and other central bank ⁠measures are expected to boost capital ⁠inflows, she said.
