ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has revised downward values of immovable properties, within the range of 10 to 30 percent of Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan, Bahawalpur and Gujranwala from April 22, 2026.
In this regard, the FBR has issued five notifications on Wednesday regarding Valuation of Immoveable Properties located in these cities.
After the recently issued notification of Islamabad by the FBR, the total number of cities now stood at six where valuation of immovable properties has been reduced.
S.R.O650(I)/2026 was issued regarding Valuation of Immovable Properties of Multan.
S.R.O651(I)/2026 was notified regarding Valuation of Immovable Properties of Faisalabad.
S.R.O652(I)/2026 has released regarding Valuation of Immovable Properties in Bahawalpur.
The FBR has issued S.R.O653(I)/2026 regarding Valuation of Immovable Property of Gujranwala.
The FBR has notified S.R.O662(I)/2026 regarding Valuation of Immovable Property of Sialkot.
