Iran-US ceasefire: Janmuhammad praises efforts of PM, CDF
KARACHI: Muhammad Bashir Janmuhammad, prominent business leader, Chairman Pak Malaysia Business Council & Westbury Group of Companies, applauded the efforts of the Prime Minister and the Field Marshal in resolving the conflict between Iran, the US and Israel, a crisis that not only caused economic disorder but also adversely impacted the entire population through inflation and shortages of essential resources such as gas, oil, and electricity.
He said, “The PM and the Field Marshal discretely undertook this task to resolve these crisis, a contribution that not only assisted Iran but also stabilized the wider Middle East, benefiting countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar, amid global instability.
“I also appreciate the efforts of the government to mitigate the impacts of the crisis and to pass subsidies on to consumers of petroleum products, thereby supporting the country’s vulnerable economic conditions, which is closely linked to regional stability and was affected significantly by this conflict.
“I also appeal to the business community to come forward and organise an appropriate reception as well as a full page supplement in newspapers to honour the PM, the Field Marshal, and the Foreign Minister for their outstanding contribution and exceptional leadership.
