KARACHI: Nestle Pakistan announced its full-year results for 2025, ending the year on a positive note with a revenue growth of 3.03 percent compared to the previous year. The results were announced following a meeting of the Board of Directors at the company’s Head Office.

The growth was driven by a strong second half of the year, which saw an increase of 14.3 percent in the topline. This positive recovery, supported by a favorable product mix, tighter overheads controls and value chain optimisation initiatives led to an improvement in gross and operating profit margins.

Improved profitability coupled with effective working capital management helped generate free cashflows, which was utilized to settle all third-party debt, resulting in lower finance costs and an increase in net profit compared to last year.

This year the company continued to enhance its focus on workforce development, inclusion, employee engagement, and wellness with initiatives designed to inspire growth and unlock potential across all levels of the organization. The percentage of female leaders grew to 31.8 percent in 2025, from 27.5 percent in 2024.

Nestle Pakistan continued to be a force for good, championing flood relief efforts during the catastrophic floods of 2025 to support vulnerable communities affected.

It advanced in its sustainability journey by initiating a 100,000 urban tree forest plantation drive in Islamabad, increased the capacity of its solar plants to 9.58 MW across its manufacturing sites, expanded its network of drip irrigation and smart soil moisture sensors, along with facilitating the collection of 4,500 tons of plastic and packaging waste through its flagship Clean Gilgit-Baltistan project.

The company projects a stable business outlook for 2026, supported by continued investment in its core brands to reinforce market leadership across key categories.

It will continue to prioritise operational excellence, building future ready high performing teams, and advancing its sustainability agenda to create positive impact.
