DG ISPR visits Gwadar University, interacts with students, faculty

RAWALPINDI: Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudry held a special interactive session with students and faculty members at the University of Gwadar.

Upon his arrival at the university, the DG ISPR was accorded a warm welcome by faculty members and students. The DG ISPR engaged in an in-depth discussion with students and faculty members on national and regional security matters.

He briefed the participants on anti-state propaganda on social media, raising awareness about misinformation campaigns and emphasizing the importance of verifying information.

On the occasion, students said that the Pakistan Army has always defended the state, the Constitution, and national dignity, adding that the DG ISPR’s discussion helped clear many misconceptions.

The students paid tribute to the Pakistan Army’s unwavering commitment to standing by the nation in every challenging time. They further said that the DG ISPR effectively countered misinformation with evidence, making the session highly informative.
