City’s future: Commander Karachi shares his insights with ESUP members
KARACHI: The English Speaking Union of Pakistan (ESUP) on Tuesday hosted Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi HI(M), Commander Karachi, as the chief guest at its event held at a local hotel here.
The esteemed guest delivered a keynote address on “Future Expectations from Elites of Karachi,” sharing his insights and expertise with the audience.
Vice Admiral Abbasi, a distinguished alumnus of Pakistan Navy War College, Naval War College (USA) and National Defence University (Islamabad), highlighted the importance of collective efforts in shaping Karachi’s future. His address emphasized the role of elites in driving the city’s growth and development.
The event fostered dialogue and debate among Karachi’s elite, exploring ways to contribute to the city’s progress. The ESUP extended its gratitude to Vice Admiral Abbasi and all attendees for making this event a success.
Patron-in-Chief Aziz Memon highlighted various activities and events of the ESUP, especially the poetry competition recently held in Karachi. Pervez Madraswala introduced the chief guest Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi to members of the ESUP. Secretary General Majeed Aziz, Senior Vice President Irfan Qureshi and Vice President Shahzad Sabir also spoke to the audience.
