KARACHI: On Friday, at PMEX, the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS and indices was recorded at PKR 43.091 billion and the numbers of lots traded were 81,139.
Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 26.826 billion, followed by Silver (PKR 6.099 billion), COTS (PKR 4.809 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.738 billion), Platinum (PKR 1.463 billion),Crude Oil (PKR 820.838 million), Natural Gas (PKR 503.409 million), SP500 (PKR 425.169 million), DJ (PKR 172.754 million), Aluminum (PKR 81.490 million), Copper (PKR 51.721 million), Japan Equity 225 (PKR 41.623 million) and Brent (PKR 10.412 million).
In Agricultural commodities, 8 lots amounting to PKR 47.317 million were traded.
