KARACHI: Telecard Limited has informed that Supernet Infrastructure Solutions (Pvt) Ltd has acquired 314,220 ordinary shares constituting 62.84 percent of the total issued share capital of Hallmark Company Limited as of 15th August 2023, and now Telecard Limited stands as the Ultimate Holding Company of Hallmark Company Limited.
