Tech startup Meri Gari organises award night for its trucking partners

KARACHI: In a first, Meri Gari team organised a grand Iftar and award night with its trucking partners and goods transport industry associations to mark the successful completion of its first year in business.

Local and upcountry transporters attended the event in large numbers along with heads of leading goods transport associations.

The much-awaited event also featured awards for best performing trucking companies who have been using the Meri Gari App to provide enhanced and efficient tech-based services to a wide range of customers.

Khurram Zuberi, CEO Meri Gari said “It is a very special day for us as we are celebrating our first year in business with our growing network of trucking partners and opinion leaders of the industry.

We have been able to develop a home-grown app which caters to the needs of customers as well as empowers the transporters to provide professional, tech-based services.

The first of it’s kind event themed with iconic trucks placed around the venue ended with lucky draw winners for various categories including 2 motorbikes.
