"Russia will increase oil exports by 7.5% to 242 million tonnes in 2022". What are you talking about? 2022 is over in 5 days. Will Russia increase oil exports by 7.5% in the next 5 days? You need to monitor your tenses (past, present and future) and pay attention to detail. Did you mean 2023 instead of 2022? This is confusing.
