ISLAMABAD: In recognition of splendid efforts to bring a world class state of the art housing project in Islamabad, EIGHTEEN has won award for best sustainable residential development in Asia Pacific Property Awards 2022-23 held in the UK.
The official presentation of the awards was held at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, United Kingdom. The objective of these awards is to support and reward the excellence maintained in the property industry worldwide. The international property awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property & real estate industry around the globe.
Initially, EIGHTEEN registered huge achievement by winning three prestigious awards in the national level category of these international property awards. Three awards include the best mixed-use development in Pakistan award, the best residential development in Pakistan award, and award for the best sustainable development in Pakistan.
