Joint sitting summoned on Monday

ISLAMABAD: President Dr Arif Alvi has summoned the joint sitting of the Parliament, on Monday at 11 am. The president will address the joint session to mark the beginning of the fourth parliamentary year.

The president has summoned the Parliament (Majlis-e-Shoora) in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 54 read with clause (3) of Article 56 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
