Ivory Coast 2020/21 cocoa port arrivals at 1.622mn tonnes by March 21

  • About 12,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to Abidjan port and 14,000 tonnes to San Pedro between March 15 and March 21 for a total of 30,000 tonnes, equal to the same week last season.

ABIDJAN: Cocoa arrivals at ports in top grower Ivory Coast reached 1.622 million tonnes by March 21 since the start of the season on Oct. 1, exporters estimated on Monday, down 0.1% from 1.623 million tonnes over the same period last season.

About 12,000 tonnes of beans were delivered to Abidjan port and 14,000 tonnes to San Pedro between March 15 and March 21 for a total of 30,000 tonnes, equal to the same week last season.
