MOSCOW: Russia is considering imposing a sunflower oil export tariff of 15pc, but no less than 135 euros per tonne in case of price growth, the economy ministry said on Tuesday.

Russia is also planning an export tax on wheat, as part of measures to stabilise rising domestic food prices.
