ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday termed 7.7 percent large scale manufacturing (LSM) growth in September 2020 as impressive, and stated that Pakistan was moving towards economic recovery faster than any other country in the Subcontinent.

The prime minister went on to tweet following release of Large Scale Manufacturing growth, and stated that Pakistan is moving towards economic recovery faster than any other country in the Subcontinent, and this despite having to deal with the Covid-19 challenge.

The LSM impressive growth of 7.7 percent in September 2020, added the prime minister. Our industrial energy package will help add capacity and raise production, he further stated.
