ISLAMABAD: The Securi-ties and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has designated Muzzafar Ahmed Mirza, Executive Director, Prosecution and Legal Affairs Division (PLAD) SECP as the “designated official” under Right of Access to Information Act, 2017.According to the SRO 923 (I)/2020 issued by the SECP here on Saturday, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 40B of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 (Act No XLII of 2017), read with Section 9 of Right of Access to Information Act, 2017, the SECP has designated the following employee as “Designated official”: Muzzafar Ahmed Mirza, Executive Director, Prosecution and Legal Affairs Division (PLAD) Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Head Office NICL Building, 63 Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area Islamabad [email protected] 0800-88008.
