Pakistan squad on Sunday completed their first intra-team match. The players took the field in their Test kits. Several boundaries where scores and wickets were taken, however, players refrained from traditional celebrations.

Batsmen Babar Azam and Abid Ali spent time on the wicket while, Mohammad Abbas, Shaheen Shah and Yasir Shah bowled lengthy spells, which indicate they would be five players in the playing XI for the first Test against England.

The batsmen completed their practice in pairs according to the guidelines created by the current head coach-cum-chief selector Misbahul Haq. They came out to bat according to their respective positions in the side.

The two-day practice match will conclude today (Monday).
