ISE index gains 24.66 points

Equities moved both ways at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where investors adopted a cautious approach under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index. ISE Ten Index showed an improvement of 24.66 points as the ISE Ten Index moved from 2,738.60 to 2,763.26 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 100,144 shares as compared to previous volume of 41,470 shares. Total 120 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (64) closed in positive territory, (56) closed in negative territory, whereas 0 company remained pegged to its overnight levels. The turnover of Wateen Telecom was 32,142 shares. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser Bin was 2,000 shares. The turnover of Attock Refinery was 14,500 shares.
