The Sindh Assembly on Wednesday approved a resolution unanimously to allow the federal parliament to evolve laws to set up a drug regulatory authority in the country. The PPP legislator, Anwar Ahmad Khan Maher had forwarded the resolution on the private members' day of Sindh Assembly with Speaker Nisar Khohro in chair.
The resolution states the Sindh Assembly allows the parliament of Pakistan to make laws for establishing a drug regulatory authority in the country and implement the rules.
