The first and foremost responsibility of the regulators world-wide is to protect consumer interest at all costs. PTA is no different and its vision also revolves around protecting consumer interests. Service quality is one aspect that directly affects the consumers, therefore PTA over the last many years has given considerable importance to ensure that high quality services are made available to the consumers.
PTA, in line with its primary responsibility continuously strives to improve the quality of telecom services. This supplement provides details of PTA efforts, monitoring results and customers perception about cellular mobile phone quality of service.
