An Afghanistan bound Nato oil container was gutted when it caught fire due to an explosion at Pak-Afghan border at Torkham during wee hours of Sunday. The tanker was parked in the parking area when fire erupted in it after an explosion.
Sources in the political administration and security forces also confirmed the incident that some unknown militants had planted explosive material in the container. Shehryar Khan, an official of the political administration, said that soon after the incident personnel of security forces and Khasadar force rushed to the area and saved dozens of other containers.
