Prime Minister condemns Islamic University blasts

Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani on Tuesday strongly condemned the bomb blasts in the new campus of Islamic International University, and expressed deep sorrow over the death of students. In his message, the PM said the perpetrators of such heinous crime would not be spared. He condoled over the loss of innocent lives and said the government was committed to root out terrorism from the country.
The Prime Minister directed the concerned authorities to investigate into the matter and asked the medical staff to ensure better treatment of the injured students.
