High and Low were 51197.27 and 50845.16 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 184,248,110 shares with 358 total traded companies out of which 240 were up, 109 were down and 9 were unchanged.
COMMERCIAL BANKS was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 47,772,300 shares. It was followed by TEXTILE SPINNING with a total traded volume of 31,502,700 shares.
The three top traded companies were Silk Bank Ltd with a volume of 19,864,500 and price per share of 1.93 (0.06), Summit Bank with a volume 14,498,500 of price per share of 6.96 (0.62), Dewan Farooque Sp. with a volume 6,907,500 of price per share of 7.10 (0.80).
