MEXICO CITY: Mexico's central bank on Tuesday called an auction for April 5 to replace $200 million worth of hedging instruments issued a month ago with paper that expires May 8.
The Mexican Peso pared losses after the announcement and was down roughly one percent to 18.8570 per dollar, compared to 18.9200 earlier.
