KAMPALA: The Ugandan shilling was flat on Monday, supported by waning appetite for dollars from both commercial banks and importers in the energy and manufacturing sectors, traders said.
At 0944 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,610/3,620, unchanged from Friday's close.
