KARACHI: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has said that its teams were working on-ground to restore the service as soon as possible, here on Monday.
According to the official twitter account of the PTCL, "We are currently facing a major outage on our network due to which internet service to some of our customers is impacted."
The company regrets the inconvenience caused to its subscribers.
Subscribers to different private cellular companies are also facing difficulty in the metropolis like other parts of the country to contact their loved ones through mobile phones.
The users of internet are also experiencing slow or no service.
