KARACHI: An Anti-Corruption Court on Thursday adjourned the hearing of Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) scandal case by January 5.
The court heard the case of TDAP scam in which the former Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza appeared before the court.
The court, on the occasion, was informed by prosecutor that a director of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) will appear before the court pertaining to the case and brief on it.
Farooq H. Naek, the counsel of Gilani informed the court that his client has been harassed by the FIA and the agency using delaying tactics regarding the case.
Upon that the court directing for the appearance of the director to argue on the matter adjourned hearing of the case till January 5.
