Activity at Karachi and Qasim ports

The Karachi Port handled 103,243 tonnes of cargo including 96,080 tonnes import and 7,163 tonnes export cargo during last 24 hours ending at 0700 hours on Wednesday.
The cargo comprised of 61,243 tonnes dry and 42,000 tonnes liquid cargo.
Three ships namely Kota Teraju, Nordina-G and Breeze sailed to sea during the report period.
Five vessels viz Oriental Bright, Johar, Katsina, Khalid and Apl Shanghai are currently at the berths.
Five ships namely Katsina, Johar, Cos Glory, Conti Will and Apl Shanghai expected to sail on Wednesday, while two vessels viz Chem Baltic and Ever Gather are expected to sail on Thursday.
Four ships namely Hammurabi, Kota Indha, Pacaries and Clipper due to arrive on Wednesday, while four vessels viz Hyundai Advance, Chem Baltic, Love Way Qatar and Aikyon are due to arrive on Thursday.

PORT QASIMA total cargo volume of 31,189 tonnes including 20,389 tonnes import and 10,800 tonnes export cargo was handled during last 24 hours ending at 0800 hours on Wednesday.
The cargo comprised of 4,137 tonnes seeds and 27,052 tonnes containerised cargo.
Container vessel Contship Innovator expected to sail on Wednesday.
A total of four vessels viz Blue Zenith, Federal Hudson, Sea Swan and Oriental are currently at the outer anchorage.
M. T. Qem Star due to arrive on Wednesday, while two more ships M. T. Aurelia and Norasia Noor are due to arrive on Thursday.
