ISLAMABAD: The government has planned to construct Kasana Dam to meet the needs of agriculture as well as potable water in Islamabad at a cost of Rs. 22.28 billion.
According to Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) issued here Friday, Rs. 200 million have been earmarked for the construction of Rain Water Harvesting dam in the next financial year.
The project was approved by the Central Development Working Party (CDWP) in March 2015.
