MULTAN: General Manager Sui Northern gas pipelines limited, Muhammad Hanif Ramay said that gas supply was being provided to domestic and commercial consumers only.
He said that gas supply to textile and CNG sectors have been closed completely in winter season as providing gas to domestic consumers was top priority, GM said.
Talking to APP here on Friday, GM SNGPL Hanif Ramay said that the gas supply was being provided to domestic consumers during 6 am to 9 am and 5 pm to 8 pm daily with full pressure under gas load management plan so that the people could cook food easily.
He said gas supply is not suspended completely. He also said that gas supply being provided to commercial consumers including hotels, tandoors and others outlets for public facility.
Various teams were actively detecting illegal tactics, imposing fines and disconnecting gas connections.
