KARACHI: Prime Minister, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, said that the future of Kashmir is linked with Pakistan.
`We pledge at the mausoleum of Founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, that our future is with Pakistan'.
He was talking to newsmen during his maiden visit to the Mazar-e- Quaid here Tuesday.
Chaudhry Abdul Majeed said Pakistan is a citadel of peace in the region and the world.
He said the people of Kashmir pay homage to the Quaid-e-Azam for his remarkable role in Pakistan Movement to get an independent and separate country for the Muslims of the sub-continent.
Chaudhry Abdul Majeed said the present government in Pakistan is pursuing the politics of reconciliation under the leadership of President Asif Ali Zardari.
Earlier, the AJK Prime Minister and President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Sardar Muhammad Yaqoob Khan alongwith the members of AJK Cabinet visited mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam, Muhammad Ali Jinnah during their maiden visit to the metropolis.
They laid floral wreath and offered fateha at the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam.
