KARACHI: Soneri Bank Ltd has posted a higher profit after tax of Rs474.298 million for the half year ending June 30, 2011.
According to the financial results of the bank despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange here Monday, the pre-tax profit surged to Rs668.381 million as against a loss before tax of Rs312.696 million on June 30, 2010.
The earning per share stood at Rs0.79 during the period under review compared to a loss per share of Rs0.31 same period last year.
