NEW YORK: The Canadian province of Ontario on Friday sold C$750 million ($758 million) in a reopening of an existing issue, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters.
The 4.00 percent notes, due June 2, 2021, were priced at 105.916 to yield 3.288 percent or 85 basis points more than the Canadian government benchmark.
The total amount of the issue is now C$6.75 billion ($6.82 billion).
The investment dealer arm of Toronto-Dominion Bank was the lead manager of the sale.
