KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), chief Altaf Hussain expressing deep sorrow and grief on number of deaths in a road mishap on Karachi-Hyderabad super highway has appealed to people to convert their vehicles from CNG to petrol or diesel.
In a statement on Monday, Altaf said that the incidents of road accidents and loss of precious human lives were being regularly reported due to explosion of CNG cylinder.
He appealed to the masses to remove the CNG cylinders from their vehices and convert the same on petrol or diesel to protect their lives.
He called upon the authorities concerned to check the standard of CNG kits and cylinders which are fixed in the vehicles.
