ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Wednesday witnessed bearish trend as ISE-10 index was down by 40.46 points to close at 3943.17 points.
A total of 16,200 shares were traded, which showed a negative growth of 622,550 shares, when compared with previous day's trading of 638,750 shares.
Out of 159 companies, share prices of 30 companies recorded increase, while those of 129 companies decreased.
The share price of Mitchell's Fruit Farma increased by Rs 30.96 while that of Murree Brewery decreased by Rs 49.99 per share.
K- Electric, Faiji Fertilizer Bain Qasim, Silk Bank remained the top trading companies with 10,0000, 5,000 and 1,000 shares respectively.
