SHANGHAI: China's Ministry of Finance said on Monday that it would reopen a previous issue of seven-year bonds, auctioning an additional 28 billion yuan ($4.58 billion) on Nov.14.
The bonds will be issued from Nov 14-20 and will begin secondary market trading on Nov. 20, the ministry said in a statement published on its website.
