KABUL: Four people were killed when a suicide attacker struck a memorial service being held for the assassinated half-brother of the Afghan president in the southern city of Kandahar on Thursday, officials said.
Interior ministry spokesman Siddiq Siddiqi said the head of the province's religious council, Hikmatullah Hikmat, was among those killed when the bomber detonated at the service attended by various ministers from Kabul
