ISLAMABAD: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Muhammad Yousaf Awan has directed all concerned company officials to give new connections to the customers within 10 days.
He said that the customers complaints must be redressed with good attitude and the progress of recovery be boasted up, and line losses must be reduced.
"New connection will be given to the customers within 10 days where electricity poles are not required," he said while chairing a meeting of Attock Circle officers.
The CEO said that safety measures should be adopted by the Line Staff while working on electricity installations.
The projects of ELR and installations of 11KV feeders should be furnished as soon as possible.
Yousaf said that the consumers are our real asset therefore it is our prime duty to facilitate them on priority basis by addressing their complaints with good attitude.
The Chief Executive Officer also visited the under construction 132KV Jhang Bahter Grid Station and SE Attock Circle office.
He said that after completion of new 132 KV Jhang Bahter Grid Station, low voltage issue would be resolved.
Line losses would also be reduced due to installations of new11KV feeders, he added.
SE Attock Muhammad Shafi Chohan and the relevant field officers were present on this occasion.
