imageISLAMABAD: The Pakistan National Council of Arts (PNCA) will present a free puppet show on Monday to entertain and educate children about social problems like health, education and environment.

According to an official at PNCA, "The puppet show at PNCA is a regular feature of the council presented by National Puppet Theater (NPT), on every Monday at 4.00 pm, but due to electioneering it could not be presented for last two weaks.

The objective to organize this show is to educate people and children as well, beside providing entertainment as the adults gain knowledge and inspiration from the moral and historical stories acted out by puppets, he informed.

In addition to this, many common social problems had been themes of these shows, which aimed at creating awareness, better civic sense and patriotism among the audience.

Free puppet show is presented on every Monday at the same time and venue, while children along with parents are invited to see the show.
