Rihanna buys $12mn mansion in California

KARACHI: R&B star Rihanna purchased a brand new $12 million mansion in California, after she was forced to sell her leaky Beverly Hills home at a loss last year after experiencing serious problems there.
She sued over the Beverly Hills mansion she paid $6.9 million for, saying that it was not fit to live in due to leakage issues. She sold the home last December for only $5 million, sources said.
However, the new mansion is 11,000 sq. ft. and features 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a cutting edge kitchen, an outdoor BBQ and bar, a swimming pool, a sun deck, 4-car garage and a 6,000 sq. ft. backyard.
She is surely enjoying her new palace as she tweeted "I literally wake up every morning at 530 ish and stare at my pool til the sun comes up! Just waiting! #isthismylife".
