  • Lt Gen (Retd) Gilani has resigned from his position as Director and Chairman of FCCL board with effect from 20th March 2020.

The Fauji Cement Company Limited (FCCL) on Friday announced that Lt Gen (Retd) Syed Tariq Nadeem Gilani will no longer serve as Director and Chairman of the company.

In its filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company said Lt Gen (Retd) Gilani has resigned from his position as Director and Chairman of FCCL board with effect from 20th March 2020.

The company said that the new Chairman will be announced shortly. The Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited (FFBL) has also issued a similar statement at its filing to the bourse.
